Pocus Enrichment Fields

Learn about Enrichment Fields, Standard Traits, and how to configure them.

Overview

Pocus provides enrichment using data from LinkedIn users and companies. Pocus matches user Objects to real-time LinkedIn data to supplement the existing information in your data warehouse.

Setting Up Enrichment

Requirements

Enrichment fields come out of the box once enrichment mapping settings have been configured. To set up enrichment mapping:

  1. Open a User or Company Object
  2. Click into its Object settings (where you set logo URL, display name, etc.)
  3. Navigate to the Field Mapping section

Required Field Mappings

For User Objects, map these five key fields:

  • Email
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Company Domain

For Company Objects, map these two fields:

  • Company Name
  • Company Domain

⚠️ Important: The key fields used for mapping cannot be custom POQL traits.
