Opportunities Reporting

This report gives a high level view of how opportunities have been influenced by Pocus usage, leveraging data pulled from Salesforce opportunities. For the purposes of this report, influenced denotes that there was some action on a user or account connected to the opportunity in the 90 days prior to the opportunity closing. Created denotes that there was some action taken on a user or account connected to the opportunity in the 90 days prior to the opportunity being created. Actions are defined as buttons clicked by end users in Pocus (for example: marking done, enrolling in a sequence, etc). Automations are not included.

Available Filters:

The Opportunities report allows you to filter based on Opportunity Type, Created Date, Closure Status, Won/Lost Status, and Owner Email

Available Metrics

The following sections are available on the Opportunities reporting page:

Dollar Amount Influenced: The sum amount for opportunities that had an action taken on them in Pocus less than 30 days prior to opportunity close. Note: no currency conversion has been performed
Dollar Amount Created: Sum amount of opportunities that had an action taken on them in Pocus less than 30 days prior to opportunity creation. Note: no currency conversion has been performed.
Opps Influenced: Count of opportunites that had an action on them in Pocus less than 30 days prior to opportunity close
Opps Created: Count of opportunities that had an action on them in Pocus less than 30 days prior to opportunity creation
%Opp Data Influenced + Created: This section present the four metrics mentioned above (Dollar Amount Influenced, Dollar Amount Created, Opps Influenced, and Opps Created) as percentages influenced and created by Pocus compared to all opportunities that meet the filter criteria.
Pocus-influenced Opportunities: Provides a detailed view of opportunites that were influenced by Pocus. This section will include details such as Opportunity Name, Amount, Close Date, Stage Name, Type, Playbooks Surfaced Pre Creation, Owner Email, Actioning Users Pre Close and Pre Creation, and more
